This Terms-and-Conditions is a legal agreement between you and Searchlight Simulations (“Searchlight”) that covers the use of all Searchlight software products (“Software”) and any supplemental information that Searchlight has made available (including documents together with their accompanying supplemental information).
By purchasing, accessing or otherwise using Searchlight Software or any other product or Service (such as online forums, technical support or products) provided by Searchlight, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use any Searchlight products or services.

COMPATIBILITY & SUITABILITY: You agree that you have reviewed the software and hardware compatibility requirements for the products that you are purchasing, and you have found them to be suitable for your enjoyment of our products. You agree that you understand that a broad array of factors might influence the performance of software products on any given computer and that you have ascertained that nothing else you may be running on the given hardware will negatively impact your ability to run the Searchlight product effectively.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT: You understand that you can obtain technical support from Searchlight by following the links to customer support on our site. You agree that you understand that we aim to answer within 48 hours during our business hours and that we only provide technical support from our support page located at https://www.store.searchlight-simulations.com/support-form You acknowledge that you understand that we do not provide technical or customer support through other mediums, other emails, to include via paypal, your credit card vendor, telephone or in person. You understand that only basic technical support as far as an installation guide will be provided for OUTDATED products. Such products have been re-released due to high request, are not up to current product standards are likely to show compatibility issues or other types of bugs due to their age.

LICENSING POLICY: For Products that require a license key, you will be provided with a license key at time of purchase that can be used to activate each of the software products you are licensing from Searchlight Simulations. Your activation of the license key signals your acceptance of the terms specified in the End User License Agreement and these Terms and Conditions. For products that do not require a license key, your access to and/or use of the product signals your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the End User License Agreement.

PRE-ORDER POLICY: You will receive a download link to the associated email address on your invoice/account upon release of the product. Early access begins 7 (seven) days prior to the scheduled retail release date.

REFUND POLICY: You may return:

1. UNACTIVATED "DRM protected" marked products for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of initial purchase. If your product has already been activated in-game, we will NOT issue a refund on it.
2. Pre-ordered products for a full refund until release.

Other type of refund requests must be made within 7 (seven) days of initial purchase date providing an eligible reason. Refund requests are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. No refunds are issued on products and or services that were made available or provided to you as advertised on our store or on products made to order, such as apparel.
